Principal's Message

Welcome to all EMS Eagle students and families! The new administrative team and office staff are looking forward to an exciting 2018-19 school year and to working with each and every one of you.  We would like to extend a warm and sincere welcome to each student joining us this year. A special greeting goes out to all of you who are coming to us for the very first time! We are sure that you will enjoy your time at EMS over the course of the next three years.

The tremendous staff at Evangeline Middle School work hard to provide you with a variety of opportunities. First and foremost the goal of our school is to deliver quality education and build skills to help you become a well-rounded and productive citizen.  Getting involved in school life is a key building block to student success. We encourage you to fully explore the many activities offered at EMS. Sports, band and drama are just a few of the options to consider. Pay attention to announcements and our newsletters over the next few weeks to discover new and exciting opportunities you can get involved in at EMS.

To the families of our school community we ask for and appreciate your continued support of our programs both educational and extracurricular. If you are interested in getting involved through volunteering as a coach, leader or in a supporting aspect of a team or club please contact us and we can help you find an area where your skills can be utilized.  To our returning seven and eight students, please share your enthusiasm with our new students by showing them the way and welcoming them in a positive fashion. EMS is a special place, show them how awesome we are!!

Remember, make the most of your middle school experience. It is an exciting and important time of your life. We look forward to helping you navigate this journey.

If you have questions, feel free to call or email and remember our door is always open :)

Have a great school year!!
